Summer At Ensworth
Each summer, Ensworth hosts a wide range of camps, trips, and courses to provide opportunities for campers and students of all ages to continue learning, experiencing, exploring, and enjoying life in the summer months.
Most camps, courses, and programs are open to all students, not just those currently enrolled at Ensworth. Ensworth-only programs are marked in the camp description.
Grade levels refer to the camper’s grade in the 2022–2023 school year. All camps require a $50 deposit, which applies to the cost of the camp, or you may choose to pay in full at the time of registration. If you choose to pay the deposit, your online method of payment will be charged automatically the balance due on the installment dates of the payment plan you select.
Students who attend two half-day camps or a full-day camp during the same week may stay for lunch from 11:45-12:15. Lunch is provided and included.
Refunds on camps, minus the $50 non-refundable deposit, will be given until May 27th for June camps and June 27th for July camps. No refunds will be issued after May 27th for June camps and June 27th for July camps. Ensworth Summer Camps reserves the right to cancel due to low enrollment or health and safety-related concerns, in which case, refunds will be issued in full.
Open to Lower/Middle School campers attending a full-day camp or two half-day camps at Ensworth’s Red Gables Campus. Campers of all ages will enjoy a variety of fun activities before and after camp and an afternoon snack. Extended care is offered each week that camp is in session.
Time: 8–9 AM and 3–4 PM
Cost: $50 for AM care, $50 for PM care
Campers who are not picked up 10 minutes after their camp is over will be sent to Extended Care and a daily fee will be charged. Junior Camp will offer early care but not aftercare.
