Ensworth’s Swim School aims to provide a safe, nurturing environment in which your child can discover a passion for the water. Whether your child is seeking to become a competitive swimmer or simply enjoy the water, we have classes designed for each level and desire. Striking an essential balance between playfulness, practice and safety, your child will be guided through new experiences in the water, helping to create an aquatic confidence as your child discovers new ways to make a splash.

Registration Process

To ensure your child is placed in the appropriate class, we require a phone consultation prior to registration and placing a child in a swim class. Contact Krysten Call, Swim School Director, at (615) 906-7479 or by email.

Our one-time registration is designed to allow you to register once and hold your child’s spot until you decide to discontinue classes. Rather than requiring re-registration for a new session, each child will automatically be rolled over into the next session until 30 days advanced written notice is provided.

Please contact Swim School Director Krysten Call

Swim School Classes

List of 4 items.

  • Parent & Me Class (ages 6 – 35 months)

Designed for our smallest swimmers, these classes empower parents to engage in an aquatic experience with their little ones, with emphasis on safety and exploration of the many ways we can start to teach little ones the fundamentals of swimming.
  • Parent & Me Plus Class (ages 18-35 months)

This class is for our most comfortable small swimmers, specifically those making movements under water. The little fish in this class will continue to progress and build the skills they already know from Parent & Me and extend toward swimming with more comfort and confidence.
  • Terrific Twos Class (2.5 year-olds)

This class is the next step from Parent & Me classes and a natural progression for little ones who are asserting independence from parents. These semi-private lessons offer individual attention and peer interaction in a positive environment without parent participation. Swimmers learn water safety skills and work on balancing comfort and confidence with swim ability.
  • Adult Learning

Ensworth Swim School offers private classes for adults who either want to learn to swim or just want further coaching on improving swimming ability. Contact Krysten Call, Director of Ensworth Swim School, to learn more.
