Grades 9-12 Summer Workouts

After the TSSAA Dead Period, Ensworth plans on continuing summer workouts for rising 9th-12th graders on Monday, July 6, 2020. Due to the limited number of students permitted at each workout session, students must sign up for a designated workout time. The selected designated workout time will be used by the student for the weeks of July 6, July 13, and July 20 (Monday-Thursday). Click here to sign up for Summer Workouts. Please note that students must bring their own water to workouts and wear a mask while on campus (except while exercising). The designated drop off and pick up locations for summer workouts are denoted on the pick-up and drop off map.  If you have any questions regarding summer workouts email Coach Bryan Van Vleet at

All information regarding summer training schedules, including any changes to the schedule, is available on the individual sport's icon below. The coaches of individual sports will continue to update the information on their appropriate Summer Athletic document.
Workouts are open and encouraged for all high school students who participate on an Ensworth athletic team.
