E Sports Football Camps provide a positive environment in which to learn age and skill level appropriate fundamentals and techniques. From Quarterback Clinics to Skill Position Camps to Lineman Camps, each participant will acquire skills and knowledge that will greatly benefit them during football season and beyond. In addition, proper and safe tackling and blocking techniques are taught at each camp. Whether your child is a beginner playing flag football or has played tackle football for a number of years, the Ensworth Football Camps will prepare them for their respective season.

  • Flag Football

    Grades K–4 Boys
    Ensworth Flag Football Camp will teach and develop football skills (passing, catching, ball carriage) as well as flag football-specific skills, such as flag pulling and play execution. Through participation in both fundamental drills and gameplay, kids will improve their skills in a fun and instructional environment.

  • Football Technique Development

    Grades 5–9
    This non-padded camp provides an opportunity for participants to hone their techniques and skills at a particular position or learn the fundamentals of a new position before donning the pads in late summer. In addition, this camp will benefit those kids playing flag football as throwing, catching, and defending the pass are essential components of the camp.

  • Jeremy Garrett

    Jeremy Garrett was named the second Head Football Coach in Ensworth history this
    past spring, proceeding Ricky Bowers. After 14 very successful years, Coach Bowers,
    who will remain the Athletic Director, tapped Coach Garrett to be the new Head Football
    Coach. “This is the perfect time for me to hand off the leadership of the football
    program, and Jeremy Garrett is the best person for the job,” Bowers said in the press
    release. “His love of our students, remarkable humility, rock-solid integrity, tireless work
    ethic, and unique ability to build unity attract everyone to him. I am confident that our
    football program will thrive under his leadership.”  Coach Garrett will also continue in his
    role as Ensworth’s Associate Director of Admissions. For the past seven years at
    Ensworth, Garrett has served as Fitness Department Chair, Assistant
    Defensive Football Coach, and Assistant Track Coach. Before arriving at Ensworth,
    Garrett served as Assistant Football Coach, Head Track and Field Coach, and Strength
    and Conditioning Coach at Southaven High School in Southaven, MS. Garrett was a
    scholarship player at The University of Mississippi, where he was a four-year letterman
    in football while earning awards for All-SEC Academic Team, Ole Miss Lifter of the
    Year, and the Chucky Mullins Courage Award. He earned a B.B.A. from The University
    of Mississippi and an M.B.A. from Harding University. Jeremy and his wife, Kasharah,
    have two children, Jayden and Jacob.

  • JK Scott

    Learn passing concepts, proper footwork, throwing mechanics and balance from a former college QB—J.K. Scott, who was mentored by one of the most prolific offensive coordinators in the NFL (Scott Linehan of the Dallas Cowboys), and by Air 7 and Dream Maker founder (Steve Clarkson).

    Coach Scott has served as the QB coach for three Ensworth State titles and one New England Prep School Championship.  In 12 years of coaching high school football, he has coached 10 QBs who have gone on to play at the collegiate level.
