2023 Girls' Cross Country Information

Coach Leader will email a summer workout plan to cross country runners. If you are new to running cross country and would like to receive a summer workout plan, please email Coach Leader at leadert@ensworth.com and introduce yourself.  

All students interested in running cross country are encouraged to attend summer workouts starting May 30. Additional information regarding summer workouts can be found on the Summer Athletics Information page.  If you have questions regarding summer workouts email Director of Strength & Conditioning, Bryan Van Vleet, at vanvleetb@ensworth.com.

Starting on Tuesday, June 13, there will be organized team runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30-8:30 AM. Runners will meet in front of the Elcan Athletic Center.  Additional summer and fall schedule details can be found on the Summer Athletics Information page, under Girls' Cross Country.
