A graduate of Fisk University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Vocal Performance and Psychology, Mason went on to earn a Masters of Education in Administration and Supervision from Tennessee State University before completing a Doctorate in Learning Organizations and Strategic Change from Lipscomb University.
Head of School David Braemer states, “Darwin has demonstrated both the commitment and the capacity to develop the types of relationships with students, faculty, parents, and administration that will help to maximize the potential of our Middle School program. Colleagues have described Darwin as a tremendous motivator who has successfully led every school of which he has been a part to new heights. In returning to Ensworth, Darwin will build upon our foundational strengths and help us continue to improve as a school in an inclusive, intentional manner.”
