Spend 5 weeks learning the difference between responding to life versus reacting to it. We will spend 10 to 15 minutes each week on short discussions about the benefits of mindfulness practice. The focus of the class is on the practice. Please join if you are open to experiencing at least 20 minutes of meditation each class and to gaining tangible and relevant life skills that will support you in better coexisting with your emotions and your reality as it is at this moment. No previous experience is required nor needed.
