E Sports Camps offer a variety of Winter Break camps for girls and boys in Grades K-8. Try out a one- or two-day program and improve your skills while having a great time! All camps, with the exception of the half day All Sports Camp, will be held on Ensworth's High School Campus. Pick up and drop off will be at the black tent between Daily Stadium and Elcan Athletics Center. Staying for a morning and afternoon camp? Add our lunch option, and we will keep your camper for the hour in between camps and feed them a pizza lunch. Don't miss out on all that E Sports Camps have to offer this winter break!

  • Dodgeball Camp: December 14

    • Friday, December 14
    • 3:00PM-8:00PM
    • Grades 1-5
    • Cost: $80
    • High School Campus (bus transportation available)
    Join Coach Perkinson and Coach Bradley for more of Dodgeball Camp. Campers will learn the rules of dodgeball, as well as skills to compete at the highest level. Dodgeball games such as “House Rules,” “Medic,” “4-Way,” “Jedi,” “Battlefield,” and more will be played. Pizza dinner included in the cost.

  • Football Technique Development Camp: December 15

    • Saturday, December 15
    • 9–11 AM
    • Cost: $40
    • Grades 3–8
    • Location: High School Campus
    This non-padded camp will provide an opportunity for participants to improve their techniques and skills at a particular position or to learn the fundamentals and techniques of a new position. This camp is a great opportunity for an experienced player or a beginner.

  • Holiday Baseball Camp: January 2

    Ensworth Baseball Camp provides proper fundamentals and insight into the game of baseball. Join Coach Jason Maxwell for this one-day baseball experience; campers will walk away from feeling enthusiastic about the game.

  • Holiday Basketball Camp: January 3–4

    • Thursday–Friday, January 3–4
    • 9 AM–12 PM
    • Cost: $100
    • Grades K–8
    • Location: High School Campus
    Coach Greg Eubanks and the Ensworth varsity basketball staff will lead and instruct this 2-day Fundamentals Camp, which will teach younger campers and campers new to basketball the basic fundamentals of shooting, dribbling, passing, and proper offensive and defensive footwork.

  • Hip Hop Dance/Cheer Camp: January 3–4

    • Thursday–Friday, January 3–4, 2019
    • 9 AM–12 PM
    • Grades: K–8
    • Cost: $100
    • Location: High School Campus
    Join us for some groovy fun as we get down at the Hip Hop Dance/Cheer Camp! This camp will include high-energy dance choreography, cool tricks, and dance games for Grades K–8. Campers will also learn cheers, jumps, basic tumbling, and basic stunting to help improve their foundation in cheer.

  • Jason Maxwell

    Coach Maxwell has been the Head Baseball Coach at Ensworth High School for fifteen years. Before coming to Ensworth, Coach Maxwell attended Middle Tennessee State University where he was an all-Conference player for the Blue Raiders baseball team in 1992 & 1993. The Chicago Cubs drafted Coach Maxwell in 1993. He went on to play professionally for 12 years, reaching the major leagues with the Cubs and the Minnesota Twins. In addition to coaching at Ensworth, Coach Maxwell has served on the Tennessee Baseball Coaches Association (TBCA) and the American Baseball Coaches Association Diversity in Baseball Committee, and as a coach for the TBCA Showcase Classic and USA Baseball teams. As Assistant Coach for the 2016 USA 15U National Team, the team won the Bronze Medal in the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) World Championships in Japan. As Manager for 2018 USA Baseball 15U National Team, his squad won a Gold Medal and the WBSC World Championship in Panama. As a result of this achievement, he was named 2018 USA Baseball Developmental Coach of the Year.

  • Allison Perkins

    Allison Perkins is a Nashville native. She graduated from Ensworth high school where she played multiple sports. She continued on to Tennessee Tech where she cheered collegiately and graduated with a degree in elementary education.  Her passion to cheer has lead her to coaching. She is currently finishing up her 6th year coaching competitive cheer. In addition to competitive cheer, she has coached high school cheer for 2 years.

  • Chris Bradley

    Chris Bradley has served for over ten years at Ensworth's High School where he serves as Assistant Athletic Director and the Head Wrestling Coach. A Nashville native, Chris is entering his 22nd year in private education where he has served as a teacher/coach. He attended Middle Tennessee State University and received a B.S. in Political Science and holds a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Tennessee State University. He and his wife Ashley have two children, Maddie and Drew.
