Sutton Korn '27 Receives ACE Mentor Program Scholarship at Annual Awards Ceremony

Ensworth School is proud to celebrate Sutton Korn for earning a $7,500 scholarship through the ACE Mentorship Program, a national program designed to inspire high school students to explore careers in architecture, construction, and engineering.

Sutton is a member of Ensworth’s ACE chapter, led by physics and engineering teacher Mr. Ireland in partnership with students from James Lawson High School. Throughout the year, students collaborated with industry mentors from local engineering, architecture, and construction firms to design a 70,000-seat stadium as part of the program’s hands-on learning experience.

At the annual Nashville ACE banquet, Sutton was awarded a scholarship in recognition of her application, essays, recommendations, and commitment to the program.

The evening also brought special recognition for Mr. Ireland, who was named School Champion of the Year for the greater Nashville region, an honor awarded among more than 30 participating schools.

Congratulations to Sutton on this outstanding achievement!
