Kevin and Conor McDermott Vikings Bills

McDermott Brothers Clash in NFL's Week 3

Brothers Kevin ’08 and Conor McDermott ’11, former teammates on both Ensworth and UCLA squads, faced off for the first time ever as opponents on Sunday, September 23 in Minneapolis.
Conor plays offensive tackle for the Buffalo Bills and was drafted in the 6th round by the New England Patriots. Kevin, a long snapper for the Minnesota Vikings, signed with the San Francisco 49ers in 2013 as an undrafted free agent.

The younger brother’s Bills defeated the Vikings 27-6 in this interconference matchup.

The elder McDermott also made the news with an incident in Thursday night's game vs. the Rams. Kevin's pinky finger got stuck in an opposing player's facemask. He ended up losing a quarter of the finger but returned to the game after getting stitched up. Tiger Tough!
