HEALTH FORMS

All required student health forms for the 2026-2027 academic school year must be submitted in Magnus to participate in summer workouts. Health forms can be found (and submitted) behind the login at ensworth.com in the “Magnus” folder on the Resource Board.

Please note that all physicals must be dated on or after April 15, 2026, to be valid for the 2026-2027 school year. If you have health form questions email Megan Mitchell .

TEAMS AND EVALUATIONS

We ask students to carefully consider their interests when selecting a sport, as they will be committing to it for the entire season. We encourage all students to make thoughtful choices, and we look forward to a fun season ahead!

Please note that there may be cuts in Grades 7/8 Volleyball, Tennis, and Cheer. If a student is not selected for one of these teams, they may choose to participate in Cross Country or Football. Students will also have the opportunity to join one of the many after-school clubs available. For more information, visit the Middle School clubs and activities page on our website.

Please email the coach of the appropriate sport if you have questions.
