One of the great American plays, Thornton Wilder's Our Town, manages to catch us with the same trick again and again. We think we know Our Town. But it is really Our Town that knows us. And like an old and honest friend, this play not only sees us clearly, but also loves us enough to tell us the truth... and to remind us of how heartbreakingly beautiful we are
