First Grade Hosts Pet Show

First graders hosted the annual Pet Show Friday at the Red Gables campus.
In conjunction with their Service Learning Project, first graders learn about pets and how to care for them. They share their own pets with the school during an outdoor assembly, then spearhead a collection of pet care items for a pet adoption shelter. Puppies and kittens...and tarantulas...oh my!
