The EHS girls defeated Marshall County 61-38 Tuesday to advance to Wednesday's finals at the Hickman County Invitational Tournament. Scoring leaders were Christina Slay and Kyara Byner with 13 points each. The EHS boys lost to Northeast HS 79-59 and will play in the consolation game Wednesday. Conor McDermott led the Tigers with 9 points.

Highlights from Tuesday's games include:

Girls - Marie Carpenter led the Lady Tigers with 19 points in the win over Forest 67-51. Boys - Jacob Carter and Daniel McFadden each scored 16 points in the win over the highly ranked Clarksville Academy Cougars 98-82. 

In addition, yesterday Jamie Allsmiller won the Girls 3-PT contest and William Gittens won the dunk contest.
