|  | About Us Board of Trustees The Ensworth School Board of Trustees is responsible for setting policy, for the fiscal well-being of the school, and for hiring the Headmaster. The Board of Trustees consists of a maximum of twenty-six elected members, seven permanent members, and four ex officio members. The twenty Board members are elected to three-year terms and can serve two consecutive terms. They are nominated by the Committee on Trustees and elected by the Board members. The Board meets at least six times per year. The Headmaster, president and president-elect of the Ensworth Parent Association and the president of the Alumni Council serve as ex officio members of the Board. The president of the Parent Association is a voting member.
