What It's About: The Ensworth Auction is a 50+ year-old tradition that began with a few dedicated Ensworth parents offering items for sale under a tent in the Headmaster's yard. It caught on quickly as a really fun event and a way to raise funds needed for the young school in its early years. The high point of the early years may have been when one student contributed her pony to the Auction!
The Auction remains a fun event that brings parents, faculty, and alumni together to support the school. Organized by the Parent Association, the Auction is the Parent Association's primary fund-raising activity and in recent years, has helped the Parent Association give approximately $150,000 to the school each year. Funds go to the School's operating budget for the coming year. The gift benefits teaching and learning programs from Pre-First to Twelfth grade, providing supplies, equipment, and teaching materials that enrich the curriculum.

is the theme for an evening of FABulous music, great food and terrific Auction items as parents, faculty, staff, alumni and friends gather in support of Ensworth. FAB, a Beatles tribute band will take you back in time. The Chef and I will offer a variety of tasting stations - customize your dinner to your taste! And stroll down Penny Lane to bid on amazing items in the Auction marketplace - everything from original art to music and sports memorabilia to vacation homes in wonderful locations to your favorite restaurants here in town!
